Yoga
Yoga has seen a resurgence of popularity in recent years. Its balance
of meditative and physical movement leaves practitioners refreshed
and strong.
ACV has offered yoga classes in a variety of styles (styles may
change).
At this time, we offer power yoga/astanga and hatha (asana / pranayama
/ meditation). This has been very popular.
Yoga is good for athletes, beginners, and those suffering from
fybromyalgia and other limiting diseases.
