Spinning
Spinning is a fat burning, heart pumping, cardio workout. What's
great is that ALL levels can do it. You control the workout at the
level you want.
Spinning is a weight resistant bike class, riding to music, emulating
all kinds of rides from mountain biking and road racing, performing
jumps and climbs.
Instructors guide you through your workout while providing motivation
and support. No prior experience is necessary to spin.
